Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group seeks a Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer to join our team in Nashville, TN, with travel to Franklin and Murfreesboro offices. The role focuses on detailed fetal anatomy surveys and collaboration with perinatologists to support high-risk pregnancies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited sonography program with a degree in ultrasonography or equivalent; at least 2 years in allied health education and 1 year on-the-job training in ultrasonography.
• Maintain or be eligible for ARDMS certification; OB/GYN or Fetal Echo certification/eligibility within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed fetal anatomical surveys, including twins and triplets.
• Assist physicians with amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling.
• Document exam findings, measurements, images, and procedures in reporting systems.
• Record patient history and indications per departmental protocols and standards.
• Generate preliminary reports for physician review and final signature.
