Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification in one of Abdomen (AB), Breast (BR), Fetal Echocardiology (FE), Neurosonology Registrant - Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN), or Pediatric Sonography (PS).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• 1–2 years' experience in a specialty ultrasonographer position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic obstetric ultrasound exams under supervision and assist with invasive procedures.
• Coordinate testing activities in the unit as requested.
• Perform procedures in the area.
