• Develop and implement a strategy for clinical excellence and growth of the division.
• Lead faculty development and recruitment for open positions.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and coverage for outpatient/inpatient MFM responsibilities.
• Participate in quality improvement addressing racial health disparities.
