Job summary

Qualifications

• MD/DO required; ABOG board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology and maternal-fetal medicine subspecialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the MFM Division in alignment with departmental and health system priorities.
• Oversee clinical, educational, and research activities in the division.
• Develop innovative programs to enhance patient care, faculty development, and resident and fellow education.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain high-caliber faculty and staff within the division.
• Ensure compliance with institutional, state, and national regulations and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with hospital and health system leadership to optimize maternity and fetal care across sites.
• Lead department productivity initiatives and financial performance.
• Oversee high-risk perinatal care, outreach programs, and telemedicine initiatives.
• Support MFM fellowship program and ensure robust curriculum and ACGME standards.
• Promote clinical, translational, and basic science research and secure external funding.
