Job summary

Boston Medical Center (BMC) seeks a Division Director for Maternal Fetal Medicine to provide leadership to MFM faculty and oversee outpatient services, prenatal care, and the Antenatal Testing Unit. The role involves strategic development of care plans for high-risk patients and active participation in safety, policy, and credentialing processes.

The role reports to the site Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology and includes 10% protected administrative time, with a strong emphasis on reducing

Qualifications

• Minimum five years clinical experience beyond fellowship training.
• Well-developed managerial and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategy for clinical excellence and growth of the division.
• Lead professional development and recruitment for division faculty.
• Participate in performance reviews and ensure coordinated care for high-risk patients.
