Job summary

Comunidades Latinas Unidas En Servicio, Inc. (CLUES) Minneapolis is hiring an Employment Coach I, MFIP to provide case management, coaching, and support coordination for MFIP participants.

You will connect clients with employment resources, conduct job search activities, and address barriers to self-sufficiency. You will build partnerships with community organizations and employers, facilitate trainings, and ensure services align with culturally and linguistically diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of case management experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, Somali, Russian, or Dari preferred.
• GCDF certification a plus.
• Experience with culturally and linguistically diverse individuals in a service-oriented environment.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective case management and employment planning for diverse participants.
• Provide intensive one-on-one job search assistance with bilingual/cultural considerations.
• Facilitate workshops to equip participants with job search tools.
• Develop employment opportunities and maintain relationships with employers.
• Maintain participant confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and policies.
• Document participant activities in Workforce One and case notes; ensure timely reporting.
