Job summary

NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center in Minneapolis seeks a Career Development Coordinator for MFIP Gateway to deliver comprehensive case management and employment coaching to MFIP participants. You will guide guests in creating ICDPs and accessing workforce training while coordinating with internal and external partners.

Using a strengths-based approach, you will document progress, ensure program compliance, and support work readiness and soft-skill development to promote sustainable employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent with MFIP/workforce experience preferred.
• Strong case management knowledge and documentation efficiency.
• Proven ability to develop career plans and track progress.
• Familiarity with MFIP guidelines and reporting requirements.
• Excellent organization and communication for diverse populations.
• GCDF/CWDP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive case management and employment coaching to MFIP participants.
• Guide guests in developing Individual Career Development Plans (ICDPs) and accessing training.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to align services and ensure compliance.
• Ensure attendance in work readiness and soft skill development training.
