Job summary

CLUES Minneapolis is seeking an Employment Coach I for the MFIP program. You will deliver case management, provide employment coaching, and coordinate support services to participants to move toward self-sufficiency through work.

You will build relationships with community organizations and employers to identify resources and job opportunities, helping participants overcome barriers to employment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred in related field.
• Experience with case management and employment coaching highly desirable.
• Bilingual abilities in English and another language (Spanish, Somali, Russian or Dari) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective case management and employment planning for diverse participants.
• Offer intensive one-on-one job search assistance in a culturally competent manner.
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate with employers to create opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and employers.
• Assess barriers and coordinate access to MFIP and related support services.
