Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration with emphasis in Planning, Engineering, Production Control or related discipline.
• Six or more years progressive experience in planning, scheduling, budgeting and performance measurement.
• Understanding of manufacturing planning principles and ability to interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Advise management on status of work in progress, material availability and potential production problems.
• Track and evaluate plans, schedules and budgets for accuracy and feasibility; provide reports to management.
• Generate manufacturing work orders from MRP planned orders and create purchase requisitions for outside processes.
• Process work orders and material transactions for non-conformance material dispositions; interpret ECOs and dispositions affecting stock and WIP.
• Schedule equipment and personnel, confirm material supply and provide budgeting input and funding tracking.
• Develop and monitor budgets for overhead, capital, R&D and other areas.
