Responsible for all aspects of machine operation and changeover activities to achieve and maintain world-class quality. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently, and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR), and our Customer 1st strategy. Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective written communication skills, including legibility.
  • Basic math skills.

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous food manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including wearing required PPE.
  • Operate and maintain assigned machinery safely and effectively to meet daily orders.
  • Complete safety observations and follow standard work procedures.
  • Verify components at the workstation before starting.
  • Monitor product quality standards.
  • Complete necessary paperwork accurately.
  • Maintain reliable attendance, including overtime as needed.
  • Keep work area clean and organized.
  • Participate actively in Total Process Control activities.
  • Work around ingredients and products containing food allergens.
  • Adhere to food safety and quality principles, meeting regulatory and company standards.
