Job summary

NSK is hiring for an hourly, non-exempt position performing repetitive line assembly to mass-produce automotive steering columns and sub-assemblies. Starting pay is $17.90/hr with scheduled increases: $18.92 at 30 days, $20.94 at 6 months, and $23.04 at 1 year, plus $1.00/hr 2nd shift premium and $0.70/hr 3rd shift premium.

Job description

This position performs repetitive line assembly to mass-produce automotive steering columns and/or sub-assemblies following written and/or verbal specifications by performing the duties shown below. This is an hourly non-exempt position with a starting pay of $17.90 per hour; at 30-Days $18.92 per hour; at 6 mos $20.94 per hour and top out at $23.04 per hour at 1 year. An additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift premium and .70 per hour for 3rd shift.
