Job summary

Cardinal Staffing Services is seeking dependable Automotive Assembly / Production Workers for a fast-paced automotive manufacturing facility in Highland Park, MI. Starting pay is $18.25+/hour, with a Sunday-Thursday schedule and 8–12 hour shifts.

You will assist in the production and assembly of automotive parts while maintaining quality and safety standards, and you must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a physically demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Recent automotive manufacturing or production experience required.
• Stable work history with good job tenure preferred.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for a minimum of 8 hours per shift.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be dependable with strong attendance.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive components and parts on a production line
• Operate basic manufacturing and production equipment
• Perform quality inspections on products and materials
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
