Job summary

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in multifamily or commercial real estate loan underwriting, servicing, asset management, or portfolio risk management.
  • Knowledge of multifamily property financial statements and asset valuation concepts.
  • Experience evaluating portfolio and asset-level risks and mitigating risk exposure.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and influence decisions.
