DineAmic Hospitality presents NAIA, a Greek‑Levantine dining destination along the Chicago River in River North. We are seeking bartenders to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, with a focus on accuracy, hospitality, and teamwork.

Led by internationally acclaimed Chef Athinagoras Kostakos, NAIA offers a dynamic bar program with mezze, wine, beer, and signature cocktails.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age to serve alcohol per state law.
• Valid alcohol service certification or ability to obtain within required timeframe.
• At least 2 years of bartending experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer styles, wine varietals and spirits.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes with accuracy.
• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality at the bar and service well.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, allergens, and beverage selection.
• Enter orders into the POS and process payments per procedures.
• Monitor alcohol service per safety and state regulations.
• Collaborate with servers, barbacks, kitchen, and management.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work.
• Assist with inventory, waste minimization, and proper storage.
• Follow all company policies and sanitation guidelines.
• Review BEOs for private dining or events when assigned.
