Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: at least 2 years serving in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service fundamentals.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol per state law.
• Valid alcohol service certification and food service certification (or ability to obtain within required timeframe).

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service from greeting through farewell.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menu items, including allergens, and guide guest selections.
• Enter orders into the POS system accurately and manage pacing of courses.
• Monitor table progress and anticipate guest needs.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and support staff to ensure seamless service.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and verify order accuracy.
• Encourage guests to join the rewards program and share engagement initiatives.
• Process guest payments accurately per company procedures.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area; complete opening, running, and closing side work.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service standards and address guest concerns professionally.
