NAIA, brought to you by DineAmic Hospitality along the Chicago River, is a Greek-Levantine dining destination in River North. Servers deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume setting, requiring strong F&B knowledge, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years serving in a full-service restaurant
• Strong food & beverage knowledge
• Must meet state alcohol service requirements and have valid certifications

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, knowledgeable service from greeting to farewell
• Demonstrate menu knowledge, allergens, and make recommendations
• Enter orders into POS, manage pacing and timing of courses
• Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams to ensure seamless service
• Encourage guest engagement with rewards programs and initiatives
