Mets Summer Camps Early Childhood Teacher

Join us as an Early Childhood Teacher at Mets Baseball & Softball Camps! We are seeking passionate educators to make a positive impact during our summer camp sessions.

Position Details:

• Location: Various sites including Fairfield, Stamford, Port Chester, and more in NY and CT
• Duration: 3 to 10 weeks, starting June 16, 2025, to August 22, 2025
• Pay Range: $17.00/hr - $20.00/hr, with specific rates for experienced educators

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safe and engaging environment for campers aged 4-12
• Supervise and counsel campers, using positive discipline techniques
• Implement the Mets Baseball and Softball Camps Curriculum
• Provide feedback during activities and highlight teachable moments
• Collaborate with team members to uphold the camp's reputation

Qualifications:

• Child management experience and basic baseball knowledge
• Enrolled in or pursuing a degree in early childhood education
• Ability to pass a background check and reliable transportation
• Availability for a Monday-Friday schedule, 8 hours/day
