Techmer PM, LLC in Clinton, TN is seeking a Metrology Technician for 1st shift on a part-time basis. The role focuses on calibration, measurement instrument development, and ensuring compliance with quality standards in Lab/QC.

The Metrologist will calibrate equipment, analyze data, and support multiple departments while maintaining accuracy and adherence to international standards. This position supports manufacturing, R&D, and quality assurance efforts at the Clinton facility.

Qualifikationen

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with weighing or measuring systems.
  • Experience collecting and storing data in presentable formats.

  • Develop and calibrate measurement instruments and systems as needed.
  • Manage all external Calibration Vendors.

We are currently seeking an a Metrology Technician for our Clinton, TN. facility. This position will be on 1st shift and is a part-time position.

Reports To: Quality Manager

Job Purpose:

As a Metrologist, you will be at the forefront of measurement, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of instruments and measurement systems that are indispensable across various industries. Whether it’s in manufacturing, research and development, or quality assurance, your expertise in the science of measurement will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and precision.From conducting meticulous calibrations and developing measurement methodologies to complying with international standards and troubleshooting complex measurement issues, the tasks of a Metrologist are both diverse and challenging.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will ensure all products/materials meet quality requirements through quality control testing, sample compounding, and that all company resources are utilized efficiently.
