Accelera is seeking a Metrology Team Lead to steer precision measurement operations and uphold quality standards. You will guide the team in GD&T application and CMM inspections, ensuring accurate data and reliable reporting across production lines.

Lead the calibration and maintenance of metrology equipment, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with engineering to resolve measurement challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Champion ISO9001 compliance by maintaining documentation and preparing for audits.
• Develop staff technical proficiency through mentorship and hands-on training in metrology techniques.
• Partner with cross-functional engineering and production groups to troubleshoot measurement discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee metrology instrumentation lifecycle, including calibrations and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily measurement workflows, optimizing team output and ensuring rigorous adherence to quality protocols.
• Manage complex CMM inspection cycles to provide actionable data and high-precision reporting.
• Standardize GD&T application across all inspection processes to minimize variation and improve product consistency.
• Champion ISO9001 compliance by maintaining documentation and preparing the team for internal and external quality audits.
• Develop staff technical proficiency through targeted mentorship and hands-on training in advanced metrology techniques.
• Partner with cross-functional engineering and production groups to troubleshoot measurement discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee the lifecycle of metrology instrumentation, including scheduling calibrations and managing preventative maintenance.
