Job summary

MSI-Viking Gage is seeking a Metrology Service Coordinator in Michigan to join our service team. You will coordinate calibration and repair work, manage service orders, and provide timely updates to customers.

You will work closely with sales, lab, and technical teams to move jobs from intake through completion, while maintaining accurate records and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years scheduling, coordination, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work through interruptions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and provide updates on service orders
• Process customer purchase orders and create work orders
• Prepare quotes and schedule calibration and repair work
• Coordinate calibration schedules for company standards
• Invoice completed work orders
• Maintain accurate records and data within company systems
• Work closely with sales, lab, and technical teams to keep service work moving
• Help address customer questions and service-related needs
• Assist with additional warehouse or operational duties as needed
