Job summary

Skorpios Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer for Metrology to support developing manufacturable, repeatable metrology for high‑end devices in aerospace, defense, bioelectronics, and high‑speed communications.

You will partner with engineers and technicians to optimize wafer characterization and ensure production quality. Responsibilities include analyzing metrology data, guiding technicians, and sustaining metrology health while collaborating with product and integration teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or Chemistry with 10+ years of experience
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or Chemistry with 7+ years of experience
• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or Chemistry with 4+ years of experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with Integration Engineers, Customers, Development Engineers to measure and optimize wafer metrology.
• Guide Metrology Technicians through challenging process steps.
• Analyze metrology results and disposition lots based on data and pass/fail criteria.
• Report results and provide guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Sustain and improve wafer characterization and metrology tools for production.
