Job summary

Skorpios Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer for Metrology to support development of manufacturable, repeatable metrology for aerospace, defense, bioelectronics, and high-speed communications devices.

You will partner with multiple teams to optimize wafer characterization, lead technicians, and ensure quality on new products and production lots. The role requires extensive metrology experience, strong data analysis, and hands-on problem solving in a fab environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in semiconductor/metrology or equivalent.
• Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data analysis.
• Data extraction, analysis, and reporting experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic problems and address root causes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Integration Engineers, Development Engineers and Metrology team to measure experiments and optimize wafer characterization.
• Ensure effective Metrology on new product introductions and production lots.
• Guide Metrology Technicians through complex process steps.
• Analyze metrology results and disposition lots based on data and pass/fail criteria.
• Summarize results and provide guidance to Engineering teams.
• Maintain operating specifications for production Metrology.
• Monitor Metrology health with SPC and respond to out-of-control events.
