Job summary

Premier Staffing Solution, LLC is seeking a Process Engineer for a 1-year contract onsite in Harrodsburg, KY. You will lead metrology transfer from R&D to production and provide leadership in problem solving and metrology expertise.

Responsibilities include metrology planning, gauge development, system qualification, deployment, and production release. You will collaborate with QA, engineering, manufacturing, software and controls teams to implement robust measurement solutions.

Qualifications

• BS or higher; Master preferred in Metrology or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of metrology, calibration traceability, and data uncertainty.
• Experience with MSA and gauge qualification types.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead metrology tech transfer from R&D to production lines.
• Develop gauges and measurement systems; qualify and deploy.
• Collaborate with QA, engineering, manufacturing, software and controls teams.
• Document methods and provide user training and support.
• Provide troubleshooting and continuous improvement in metrology processes.
