Qualifications
3–5+ years of progressive experience in a Metrology Engineer role.
2–3+ years of experience coordinating IMT equipment calibration and management.
Master’s degree in Metrology is preferred.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement advanced measurement techniques and systems.
Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams for integration of metrology considerations.
Conduct Gauge R&R studies to assess measurement system accuracy.
Skills
Proficiency with metrology instruments
Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Expertise in Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA)
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Metrology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
