Job summary

Qualifications

• This position requires U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Experience leading metrology teams and coordinating cross-functional projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of metrology engineers, technicians and test asset management focal(s) as part of MATES.
• Provide lab oversight and approval of technical approaches; respond to production issues.
• Drive cross-functional improvements and coach team members.
