Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of metrology engineers, technicians and test asset management focal(s).
• Work with business partners and leadership to approve technical approaches.
• Oversee lab operations and ensure safety, quality, cost and delivery metrics.
• Mentor and develop staff and assign growth opportunities.
