Job summary

IventIM, Sunnyvale, is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to coordinate metrology instrumentation and new technology development across engineering teams, program managers, and global suppliers.

You will own planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting across multiple workstreams, drive cross-functional delivery, and manage vendor relationships to ensure on-time, high-quality results across international time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in engineering or technical project management.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent engineering projects with competing priorities.
• Strong cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and external vendors.
• Experience with project management, planning, and tracking tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills in English.
• Experience collaborating with global teams and stakeholders across different time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project planning, scheduling, tracking, monitoring, and reporting across metrology instrumentation and engineering workstreams.
• Coordinate execution of new technology, instrument development, prototype builds, testing, and validation activities.
• Drive cross-functional delivery across Engineering, Commercial, Procurement, Operations, and supplier teams.
• Track project progress, identify delivery risks, and define and drive appropriate mitigation actions.
• Manage external vendors and suppliers, ensuring alignment on scope, schedules, technical deliverables, and quality.
