Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a Metrology Engineer to support development and validation of measurement systems used in design and manufacturing of advanced connectivity solutions.

You will work with engineering, product development, and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate measurement processes and data-driven quality. This role emphasizes hands-on metrology work onsite, with emphasis on reporting results, continuous improvement, and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering and dimensional measurement.
• Experience with GD&T and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Experience planning tests, collecting data, and analyzing results.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize metrology programs and measurement processes.
• Interpret GD&T and drawings to reflect design intent.
• Create and validate measurement procedures and best practices.
• Provide accurate data to manufacturing for process improvements.
• Design metrology fixtures and CAD tooling as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on experiments and validation.
• Maintain organized, compliant metrology lab.
• Report results clearly with charts and presentations.
