Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMM programming and dimensional inspection in manufacturing.
• Proficient with PC-DMIS, Calypso, PCMIS or equivalent.
• Strong GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
• Experience operating CMMs and metrology equipment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, validate, and troubleshoot CMM programs using PC-DMIS/Calypso/PCMIS.
• Interpret drawings/CAD/blueprints and GD&T to plan inspections.
• Perform 1st article, in-process, final inspections and verify conformance.
• Analyze inspection data for trends, variation, and nonconformances.
• Communicate results to Quality, Manufacturing Eng., and production teams.
• Investigate issues and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Operate, maintain, and verify CMMs and related metrology equipment.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documents.
