Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in quality/metrology roles.
• Proficiency in CMM programming, dimensional metrology, GD&T interpretation, and measurement analysis.
• Experience with PPAP, APQP, engineering change management, and AIAG Core Tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CMM programs; provide measurement data for validation.
• Coordinate PPAP submissions, approvals, and revalidations.
• Lead calibration system administration and laboratory equipment management.
• Support quality audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Manage internal quality audit activities and documentation changes.
• Conduct process capability studies and PFMEA activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process controls and customer satisfaction.
