Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in metrology engineering or quality inspection.
• Proficiency with 3D optical/structured light systems and GD&T application.
• Experience developing and executing GOM/ZEISS ATOS and CMM inspection programs.
• Proficiency with 3D metrology software (GOM Inspect, PolyWorks, Geomagic).
• Knowledge of CAD tools such as NX and SolidWorks.
• Familiarity with additive manufacturing processes and SPC.
• ASQ CQE, GD&T ASME Y14.5, ZEISS/GOM certs preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Develop, program, and execute metrology inspections for complex AM components.
• Analyze inspection data and validate conformance to CAD models using nominal-to-actual comparisons and GD&T.
• Investigate dimensional non-conformances and root causes; implement corrective actions.
• Optimize inspection workflows to reduce cycle times and increase throughput.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams; train personnel on metrology tools.
• Maintain metrology datasets for data integrity and traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
