Job summary

Google Operations Center is seeking a Marketing DOME Activation specialist to define target audiences, build segmentation plans, and communicate performance results across teams. You will contribute to data integrity between databases and CRMs while collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on experience with SQL and CRM tools, plus a solid track record in campaign reporting and optimization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SQL, including building custom audience segments.
• Experience with SFDC or similar CRM tools.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting.

The Marketing DOME Activation team empowers marketing partners to strategize, build, test, and execute impactful email campaigns for Google Cloud products.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 - $78,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Position Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define and build target audiences
• Develop segmentation strategies, including suppression lists

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years overall experience in SQL including building custom audience segments
• Experience in SFDC or similar CRM tools
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ESP or marketing automation tools
• Experience creating or working with APIs
• Experience developing and managing campaign dashboards
• Strong reporting skills with a focus on future campaign optimization
• Proven analytical skills and a track record of problem-solving
• Experience presenting to stakeholders
• Proficient in campaign reporting with a history of performance optimization
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projects
