The candidate will analyze data, develop schedules, and drive improvements across shifts, with emphasis on lean methodologies and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Economics.
• 1+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or production environments.
• Strong data analysis abilities and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current and future business environments to support strategic production objectives using established methodologies.
• Develop and maintain business system factory definitions to enhance manufacturing planning and resource utilization.
• Support labor hour estimates, monitor actuals, and drive cost and schedule adherence for new and revised production/tooling work packages.
• Assist in creating integrated tool and production master schedules to maximize equipment and personnel efficiency.
• Identify, assess, and implement process improvements using lean methodologies to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
• Lead root cause investigations for quality defects and safety/ergonomic issues, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage disruption recovery plans by evaluating resource capacity and communicating impacts to production schedules and milestones.
• Gather and analyze shop performance metrics to recommend actionable plans to production and tooling management.
• Liaise between shifts to ensure seamless communication and closure of industrial engineering actions.

Join Indotronix as a Methods Process Data Analyst Level 2 and become a vital member of our Industrial Engineering team onsite in Everett, WA. This role focuses on driving production stability and process optimization for our manufacturing operations. As an integral connector between 1st and 2nd shift teams, you will collaborate across engineering, production, supply chain, and business management to deliver results that directly impact company performance and future growth.
