Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Methods Process Analyst (Level 4 or 5) to support the EMIC in Tukwila, Washington. The role requires adapting to a dynamic environment and delivering across multiple programs within BDS.

Responsibilities include collaborating with operations, budgeting, and capacity planning, with a focus on production optimization and cross-functional coordination. This is a 1st shift, onsite position in Tukwila.

Qualifications

• Level 4 requires 10 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Operations Management, or Data Analytics or similar.
• Level 5 requires 15 years of related work experience.
• ABET accredited bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain management/Logistics, Operations Management, or Data Analytics
• 12+ years of experience working in a manufacturing and/or production environment
• 12+ years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes
• 12+ years of experience working in Microsoft Office Suite products
• Ability to work independently and with cross functional teams
• Strong communication skills

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking a Methods Process Analyst (Level 4 or 5) to support the Electrical Mechanical Integration Center (EMIC) in Tukwila, Washington.

EMIC is a dynamic environment that supports multiple programs across all BDS (P-8 Cabinets, Wing Pylon Fairing, P-8 Sub-Assemblies, P-8 E-Racks, E-7 Cabinets, VC-25B Cabinets, B1B, E-7 Labs, Kent Labs, BDS MOD programs, potential future SOWs)

This position will require someone that thrives in a very dynamic/fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will fulfill a dynamic range of responsibilities that are expected to change and evolve often. The ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment is paramount to being a successful Methods Process Analyst with The Boeing Company.

Position Responsibilities

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to workonsiteat one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• Level 4: 10 years of related experience.

Summary Pay Range

Level 4: $116,450-$157-550

Level 5: $141,100-$190,900
