Job summary

Utilities Service, LLC is seeking an Electric Meter Service Technician in Connecticut to perform change outs of electric utility meters and coordinate notices as required. You will operate a company vehicle and tools safely while delivering reliable service to customers.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer/smartphone literacy, driving experience, and the ability to read maps and navigate urban areas.

Qualifications

• Computer and smartphone literate.
• Ability to read maps and navigate in congested areas.
• Independently manage time and workload to meet deadlines.
• Mechanically inclined and has experience with a variety of tools.
• This is a minimum 40-hour workweek with Saturdays considered inclement weather make-up days.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Mechanical and/or electric experience preferred.
• 1+ years of previous work-related driving experience required.
