KMVT, The E.W. Scripps Company CBS affiliate in Twin Falls, Idaho, seeks a Meteorologist to analyze data from satellites and radar, and to deliver accurate forecasts for our community across TV, radio, and the Internet.
You'll prepare daily weathercasts, deliver urgent updates when needed, and contribute to weather content for multiple platforms while collaborating with the news team. A Bachelor’s in Meteorology and 3+ years in the field are preferred.

Bachelors degree in Meteorology preferred
Generally 3+ years experience in related field preferred
Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to provide proof of insurance with the company required insurance limits
Computer literacy, including weather and newsroom computer systems
Knowledge of broadcast quality camera equipment
Knowledge of editing systems
Strong broadcast and AP style writing skills
Proficient at posting content to various websites
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
