Job summary

Reliance, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler for the 1st shift at the Earle M. Jorgensen plant to support metals processing and distribution.

You will pull, fill, cut orders, handle inventory, and assist with shipping while operating basic equipment in a safety-focused warehouse environment. Responsibilities include reading work orders, verifying material, moving items, and ensuring accurate storage and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehousing or material handling experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License preferred.
• Ability to operate motorized material handling equipment.
• Strong reading of work orders and blueprints.
• Good math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Move inventory and materials according to job orders.
• Operate cranes, forklifts, and other equipment as required.
• Verify heat numbers and material specifications.
• Unload and load trucks and customer vehicles.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Coordinate with team to ensure efficient operations.
