Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing using standardized methods and SOPs.
• Document laboratory analyses per QA/QC protocols with logs and electronic records.
• Interpret results and compare with reference data and site characteristics.
• Maintain QA/QC systems, standards traceability, and method performance records.
• Prepare reagents and standards per SOP requirements.
• Keep laboratory instruments and equipment in proper working order.
• Follow safety procedures and consult on safety matters with the team.
• Manage laboratory supplies and waste management per protocols.
• Support cross-training and mentor team members on procedures.
• Assist in other lab areas as needed and perform routine duties.
• Contribute to resource allocation decisions to support efficiency and profitability.
