Job Description The Metallurgy/Metal Joining Subject Matter Expert (SME) will serve as the technical authority on materials engineering and metal joining initiatives. They will define best practices in physical and chemical metallurgy, develop advanced welding and joining procedures, and ensure our manufacturing processes produce safe, durable, and high-performance components. Engagement will be for near term and future R&D efforts.
