The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related field and has at least three years of professional experience in manufacturing, materials, or process engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• At least three years of professional experience in manufacturing, materials, or process engineering.
• Experience in iron, steel, casting, foundry, or metallurgical operations preferred; other materials backgrounds considered.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve metallurgical processes.
• Conduct data extraction and analysis to support decisions.
• Perform failure investigations and root cause problem solving.
• Utilize simulation tools to support manufacturing improvements.
• Test products and analyze laboratory and production data.
• Implement process modifications to meet quality and performance requirements.
• Build, test, and refine metallurgical processes in foundry and lab environments.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and operations teams to reduce defects and boost efficiency.
