Responsibilities

• Translate customer orders, drawings, and specs into internal metallurgical instructions (heat treatment and testing).
• Prepare Metallurgical Test Requirements within the company database.
• Administer and maintain the internal cut-up database.
• Generate detailed cut-up reports using Excel and Word.
• Participate in failure investigations and drive continuous process improvements with data analysis.
