Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years in manufacturing quality or engineering lab.
• Experience handling and processing metal samples preferred.
• Proficiency with power tools and hand gauges.
• Ability to collaborate across shifts and teams.

Responsibilities

• Categorize and prepare samples according to SOPs.
• Perform tests on drum weld and basket seam samples.
• Investigate root causes of failures and document findings.
• Input findings into the database and share with Quality Engineer.
• Maintain lab equipment and perform operator-level maintenance.
• Support engineering with testing of modified supplier parts.
• Assist with Gauge Calibration and 5S activities.
