Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate/Tech cert/HS diploma with minimum 5 years of experience.
• Ability to prioritize multiple active projects and deliver results.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory testing and sample preparation for metallurgical analysis.
• Perform density measurements, micrograph analysis, hardness testing, and SEM/LIBS.
• Document test results accurately in reports and maintain lab records.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and oversee inventory to minimize costs.
• Help establish standard work and prioritize testing activities.
• Support engineers with experiments and qualification activities.
