Job summary

Allfast Fastening Systems LLC is seeking a Metallurgical Lab Technician I for 1st shift (5:00am-1:30pm) on-site at our City of Industry, CA facility. You will perform testing of setups and in-process parts using metallurgical equipment and precision gauges, ensuring calibration and quality records are maintained.

The role supports NADCAP and AS9100 quality requirements, participates in internal round robins, and assists with inventory and maintenance of lab supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Quality within a manufacturing organization.
• Zero to three (0-3) years metallurgical/metallographic laboratory experience preferred, preferably aerospace fastener manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing of setup and in-process parts using metallurgical lab equipment and precision gauges.
• Ensure all inspection equipment is calibrated before use.
• Support NADCAP and AS9100 quality requirements and audits.
