Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline with a metallurgical focus.
5+ years in manufacturing engineering with metallurgical background.
Experience leading equipment acquisition, installation, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

Specify, procure, and qualify equipment for heat treatment and metallurgical processing.
Lead end-to-end equipment delivery from design to start-up at production facilities.
Manage supplier contracts, RFQs, and CAPEX budgets.
Develop and manage project schedules and cost control.
Interface with cross-functional teams and plants to meet targets.
