Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgic or closely related field.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Ability to lead equipment acquisition and RFQ/SOW processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the specification and acquisition of metallurgical processing equipment and related components.
• Qualify machines, tools, and processes using Ford tools and statistical methods.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies in heat treatment and related processes.
• Own the complete equipment delivery lifecycle from design through start-up at production plants.
• Coordinate labor planning and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and installation.
• Develop and manage project timing, cost tracking, and supplier documentation.
