Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support development and improvement of alloys and casting processes.
• Provide technical support for melting, centrifugal casting, heat treatment, and finishing operations.
• Review customer specs and PO to ensure manufacturing compliance.
• Analyze metallurgical data, microstructures, and mechanical properties to assess performance.
• Investigate issues using root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, sales, and customers to resolve concerns.
• Prepare metallurgical reports, material certificates, and customer deliverables.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
