Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in metallurgical engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of metallurgy and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Improve alloy performance and casting processes in lab and shop floor (60%).
• Support melting, casting, heat treatment and finishing operations.
• Review customer specs, PO's and technical requirements.
• Analyze metallurgical data, microstructures, and mechanical properties.
• Lead root cause analysis to troubleshoot quality and production challenges.
• Prepare technical reports and customer documentation (40%).
• Lead process improvement focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
