Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or two years of college or four-year military service preferred.
• Good mechanical ability and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup, run, monitor, troubleshoot, and repair metallizer machines as required.
• Perform quality inspections of raw and metallized film.
• Prepare production documents (roll tickets, run log, maintenance log, utilization sheets, sample work-up sheets).
• Follow SOPs, setup specifications, supervisor instructions and housekeeping policies.
• Operate forklift/pallet jack to move product.
• Oversee shift training activities and lead training for the shift.
