Anomatic is seeking a production floor technician to ensure the efficient operation of plastic metalizing lines. The role focuses on monitoring all steps of the metalizing process to achieve product consistency, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout the shift.

The position involves line setup, continuous machine operation, paint handling, and ongoing quality checks to maintain line cleanliness and proper documentation—supporting production across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up the line per job card requirements and ensure continuous operation of machines.
• Communicate with team about operating conditions, paint mixture, and any problems during the shift.
• Monitor each step of the metalizing process for part quality; inspect color, cross-hatching, adhesion, and aesthetics.
• Clean machines and perform preventative maintenance.
